Experience:
Dr JJ Baloyi worked for 12 years in different Zimbabwe government departments as an Agricultural extension (1 year), lecturer at an Agricultural College (2 years) and a research officer (9 years), 6 years as Lecturer at Zimbabwe Open University, 6 years as a Senior Lecturer in Animal Science and Total Quality Assurance Manager at Fort Cox College of Agriculture and Forestry, Eastern Cape, North West University and University of South Africa (UNISA) in South Africa.
Research Interests: Animal Nutrition in particular evaluation of forage legumes and shrubs as alternative livestock feeds.
