Experience:
Grace Oloo has over 25 yeas development experience in Africa with special focus on Local economic development, microfinance and small enterprise development. She has developed Microfinance and Entrepreneurship curriculum and training materials. Ms Oloo has facilitated capacity development trainings for microfinance financial institutions and SMMEs . She has been actively involved in poverty focused research in Africa and has presented papers in national, international conferences and workshops. Ms Oloo has also held executive positions with various development Organizations in Africa.

Experience:
Ms Jiri is a senior lecturer in the Centre for Rural Development and Poverty Alleviation. She holds an MA from the University of Westminster (UK) in Human Resource Planning and Development and a BA in Applied Sociology from the University of East London in UK. She is a microfinance specialist having worked in the sector for over 15 years particularly in Africa. Jiri has directly set up a number of microfinance facilities in Southern Africa. Her areas of expertise include governance of microfinance programs, organizational development and strengthening and designing training modules for business development services and products.
