PROJECT OFFICER (One year contract renewable based on performance and availability of funding)

Duties:The administrator will perform all administrative duties that are required by the
organization (e.g. convening meetings, booking accommodation when necessary, filing,
requisitioning stationery, registering learners on the computer and controlling all the claims
made, responding to correspondence and servicing clients. In addition, any responsibilities
assigned to him/her by the project manager or a delegated person.

Requirements: A B. Degree, preferably in Economics or Business Management; knowledge
of MS Word and Excel; the ability to lead a team and to work under immense pressure; a
good understanding of Project budgeting and finance.
This position is funded by the Department of Higher Education and Training (National
Skills Fund).
