Core Areas Of Teaching And Research

As the name indicates the core areas of teaching in the department are criminal law and procedural law. Under procedural law the following areas of teaching are included: civil procedure, criminal procedure and the law of evidence. The following teaching areas related to procedural law are also offered in the department: trial advocacy, ethics and medical jurisprudence. The Head of Department is Mr. PR Mawila.
