The Head of Department of Criminal and Procedural Law is Mr. PR Mawila. Mr. Mawila is a former dean of the school of law (1996-2005). He is currently teaching Professional Training and Trial Advocacy. His qualifications are B Proc; LLB (Unin). Mr. Mawila serves as Commissioner of the Small Claims Court in Thohoyandou, Dzanani and Malamulele.
