The University of Venda Students Living with Disabilities Benefit from National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS)

One hundred and ten students living with disabilities from the University of Venda received 96 laptops, 10 electronic scooters and 4 electronic wheelchairs from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme as part of their bursary on Friday, 06 August 2010. “Univen is constantly applying its mind to the type of University we want to be. We want to be an all inclusive University and therefore also cater for the needs of our disabled students” said Dr Zaaiman.
