DESCRIPTION:Portfolio development is fundamental to any university teacher/academic/or lecturer who is a learning professional and aspires to continuously enhance their skills, understanding and the overall teaching practices for the benefit of the learners/ students they teach or work with. A well-developed learning and teaching portfolio provides such a learning professional space for in-depth reflection of one’s practices. As the University of Venda continues with its journey to implement the current strategic direction, it is critical that our teaching portfolios are aligned accordingly.
