He highlighted priorities including improved research facilities, accredited laboratories, faster turnaround times, and stronger ICT systems, adding that “we should develop our own systems” to support the institution’s ambitions.
In response, Mr Kraziya outlined a structured implementation plan. Seven workstreams were identified during the workshop and champions were appointed to drive solutions. He stressed the importance of accountability, noting that progress will be reviewed later in the year.
