1. About the Event
Internationalisation Week is UNIVEN’s flagship platform for dialogue, collaboration, innovation and partnership building.
The event supports the implementation of Strategic Thrust 4 of the UNIVEN Strategic Plan 2026–2030 by strengthening
strategic partnerships, enhancing international student recruitment and support, promoting internationalisation-at-home,
and creating opportunities for global engagement and institutional impact.
Participants are invited to share experiences, showcase initiatives, present case studies, and contribute to the development
of institutional frameworks that will guide the University’s internationalisation agenda towards 2030.

Stakeholders may participate in Internationalisation Week 2026 through presentations, the student competition,
awards nominations, or general attendance.
4.1 Presentations
Individuals wishing to present a case study, best practice, partnership experience, innovative model,
or internationalisation initiative are invited to submit an Expression of Interest via the following link:

4.2 Student Digital Toolkit Competition
Registered undergraduate and postgraduate students are invited to participate in the Student Digital Toolkit
Competition by developing innovative digital solutions that address internationalisation challenges in higher education.

4.3 General Attendance
Stakeholders who wish to attend Internationalisation Week 2026 without presenting or participating in the
competition or awards programme are encouraged to register as delegates. Attendance is open to academic staff,
professional support staff, students, international students, university leadership, government representatives,
traditional leaders, industry partners, community stakeholders, funding agencies, and international partners.
