The USB/CD should be submitted together with the hard copy in a sealed envelope endorsed with the contract name and contract number. Bids sealed in an envelope, clearly indicating the bid number and the project name, should be deposited in the tender box located at the University of Venda, Facilities Department, University Road, Thohoyandou, Limpopo, 0950 before the closing date and time. PURCO SA and the University of Venda is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid. No late, faxed or telephone submissions will be accepted. Bids submitted shall remain valid for a period of 120 days after the closing date.
