A non-refundable tender deposit is a mandatory/eligibility requirement and deposit slip must be attached with
the tender document. Banking details: are ABSA Bank, Branch Code 632005, Account number 1000000538,
with beneficiary reference number 00015615 and company name. Tender opening registers will be uploaded
on the University website www.univen.ac.za.
Bids sealed in two envelopes clearly indicating the bid number and the project name one envelope indicating
pricing offer and another technical offer should be deposited in the tender box located at the University of
Venda, Main Gate not later than 12h00 midday as per the table above.
Univen is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid. No late, faxed, or telephonic bids will be accepted.
Bids submitted shall remain valid for a period of 120 (hundred and twenty days) days after the closing date.
