Tender documents are downloadable at www.univen.ac.za from 28 September 2021. A non-refundable tender deposit is a mandatory requirement and deposit slip must be attached with the tender document.

reference number 00015615 and company name. Tender opening registers will be uploaded on the University website.
Bids sealed in an envelope clearly indicating the bid number and the project name should be deposited in the tender box located at the University of Venda main gate not later than 12h00 midday.
Univen discloses to bidders that all contracts shall be rotated amongst suppliers. Univen is not compelled to accept the lowest or any bid. No late, faxed, or telephonic bids will be accepted. Bids submitted shall remain valid for a period of 120 (One hundred and twenty) days after the closing date.
