Dr. Patricia S. Manganyi is Lecturer, Field work Coordinator at the Department of Social Work, in the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education (FHSSE). She serves in Faculty WIL and Teaching Practice Committee. She has worked for 15 years as a Social worker in health sector at Government Department. Her teaching and research interest areas include Human behaviour and social environment, Introduction to Social Work methods of intervention and Social Work at the workplace, Employee Assistance / Health & Wellness Programs (EAP/EHWP). She has supervised student research projects in under-graduate level and currently supervising students at Master’s degree. Dr. Manganyi’s contribution to scholarship has been through research projects, presentations at various settings including conferences (national and international), as well as by publications. Her recent works include:
