The University of Venda Economic Activation Office is proud to announce the launch of the Staff Ventures Initiative, a key step in our journey towards becoming a truly Entrepreneurial University. This initiative invites all permanent and contract staff members who own or co-own a formally registered business (CIPC-registered) to register their ventures with us.

By joining the UNIVEN Staff Ventures Database, you will gain access to a range of benefits at no cost, including:

– Free professional business consultation and advisory services
– Mentorship and executive coaching from experienced leaders
– Compliance and regulatory assistance (B-BBEE, CIPC renewals, tax obligations, etc.)
– Networking opportunities with fellow staff entrepreneurs, industry partners, and potential investors
– Access to markets and procurement opportunities
– Formal institutional recognition of your venture

Registration is voluntary, confidential, and governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Your information will only be used to provide support and will not be shared without your consent.
