Dr. Themba Victor Baloyi is a senior lecturer in the of Department of Social Work, in the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education (FHSSE). He serves in FHSSE Quality Assurance Committee. He has worked 6 years in higher education sector as lecturer. His areas of interest and specialization include community work and community development, Social development and social policy, Early childhood development Programme, quality in higher education. He has supervised student research projects in both under-graduate and graduate degree levels. Dr. Baloyi’s contribution to scholarship has been through research projects, presentations at various settings including conferences (national and international), serving as external examiner for masters research projects. His recent works include:
