Biodata
Prof. Makondelele Radzilani received her Doctoral Degree from the University of Pretoria. Currently, she is a full Professor and Deputy Dean of Research and Postgraduate Studies in the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Venda. She has worked for more than twenty years in the Higher Education sector. Her experience involves teaching, supervision, coordination, and Head of Department, and currently, the Deputy Dean of Research and Postgraduate Studies. Prof. Radzilani successfully supervised Honours, Masters and PhD students to completion. Her research interest is in the marginalised groups, particularly within the context of youth and women’s psychology. She has extensively published research papers in peer-reviewed and DHET-accredited journals.
