Prof Ndileleni Paulinah Mudzielwana is a Senior Lecturer, Associate Professor in the Department of Early Childhood Education. She has worked for over 24 years in the higher education sector. She specialises inEarly literacy, teaching reading in the Foundation Phase and assessment practices in Higher Education institutions. Prof Ndileleni Paulinah Mudzielwana is the current Head of the Department of Early Childhood Education, Committee member of Institutional Audit, Teaching and Learning and Examinations in the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education at the University of Venda. She has supervised Honours, Masters and PhD students. She published extensively in peer reviewed and accredited journals. Prof Mudzielwana has also written books and book chapters.
