UIGC Travel, a proud member of the Association of Southern African Travel Agents (ASATA), is a travel management service providing professional, compliant and reliable travel solutions.
UIGC Travel comprises a dedicated team of travel consultants responsible for coordinating and managing national and international travel bookings for UNIVEN officials.
In addition to providing diverse services to UNIVEN, the unit further renders travel services to individual travellers, private businesses and organisations, ensuring seamless and personalised travel arrangements.
The scope of its offering includes:
- Domestic and international flight bookings;
- Accommodation reservations;
- Car hire services; and
- End-to-end travel management support.
UIGC Travel also offers conference and group travel packages, including venue sourcing, accommodation, transport logistics and delegate travel coordination for institutional events, corporate events and private functions.
The unit maintains strong working relationships with airlines, accommodation providers, car rental companies and conference venues to secure competitive rates and reliable service delivery.
