Mr Vhutshilo Macheque has been an Adapted Technology Practitioner at the University of Venda (South Africa) since August 2019. Before joining the University of Venda, Macheque was the ICT programme coordinator at the Independent institute of education IIE (South Africa), he also worked as a junior lecturer at the university of Venda at the Faculty of Science, Engineering and Agriculture in computer sciences. recently graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Information Systems (BIS) researche titled Unbounded Rule-Based Expert System for Selecting Software Development Methodologies. He holds a BSc; Honours and Bachelor Degree in computer sciences and information systems, all from the University of venda
